My Gt spoiler is going to need to be painted ( very sun damaged ), but intel then i thought i will take it off and go with the no spoiler, so it isnt such an eye sore...

Question is with the spoiler having the brake power cord running into it whats the easiest way to remove the spoiler without cutting the wires? is this hard

If you remove the spoiler, you can wiggle the wire out (i forget whether it is the spoiler or the hatch) and there is a connector.

ya i mean i can get all the screws out, but then its attached by the wire and im not sure what to do haha, and i also dont want to not be able to ever get the wire attached again?

You mean the spoiler is tight against the hatch, held only by the wire? Are you sure it isn't just "molded" on there from time and heat?

he needs to unplug the 3rd brakelight wire

i wish i could help you, but idk where it is on a tib

pull the wire tautly (not too tight) out of the hatch, there is a connector there, I am sure. I removed mine once.

Hey Maden, you can get the plugs at Lowe's. They are going to be in the aisle with all of the drawers of screws and nuts and hardware. Should be about halfway down that aisle in a drawer. It'll be labeled nylon plugs
