I've read quite a bit of the info on here, but I'm still a bit confused on what all is involved.

Anyways.. back on topic...

Use the search feature and type in certain keywords as (turbo, wastegate, manifold, kit,..ect). If you have any questions that you have a hard time finding an answer to, post them and im sure one of the whores on here will be happy to answer them for you...

Being a mod myself.. it is a delight to see a nEwB that is asking for a newb thread instead of asking the 20 something basic questions about a subject. Propz to you.

I know somebody might have said or will say this.... but forced induction is not a newbie topic. You have to know some basics before you delve into this. I even consider myself a newbie still ( :3_puh2: )!

The best thing for the "newbies" out there is to do what I did and I'm sure a lot of other members did..... peruse this ENTIRE forum and read as much as you can..... You'll gain real-life knowledge from real-life experiences-----screw-ups, and successes.

Thanks for the replies.

I know how tiring it is for you guys to answer the same questions OVER and OVER. I'm a Vet over at LS1Tech.com, and I just got rid of my Camaro and picked up an '05 GT.

I'm definitely looking to go FI. Just can't decide between a turbo setup or sc. With my Camaro, I was totally N/A and liked it.

But its pretty obvious that I'm gonna have to go with a power adder to fulfill my need for speed with the Tib.
