V6 or i4, I think Acton is pretty close to Stratford!

Newbie alert :d

You all seem like you know a lot about Cars :3_chubby:

But i am seriously new in cars. I don't wanna go out there and make a fool of myself :(
This is my First Car O_O ~ I'm a Techy but never been into cars.

But i have never owned a single item that i haven't modded ~ Anyone care to meet up and show me a few pointers? (like a mentor? or should i like join a meet and see what everyone has gotten up their sleeves and ask around then?)
(I learn faster 1 on 1 but of course its not like someone will take their time from their busy schedule just for moi)

I am near pretty much Square One Area (Mississauga), But i can go anywhere in GTA (oakville/brampton/etobicoke/vaughn/Northyork/Scarbrough and ofcourse Toronto)

(i think im asking too much here, dont flame meeeeee ahhhh) :3_wink:

I am always open to turning a wrench. I know with a few other clubs I'm involved with, we have put together install meets. Helps with people who are eager to learn. It's great with group buys, but also works with various parts. Also have been to similar meets at shops and driveways where burgers/pizza were traded for time and knowledge.
Not much that I enjoy more than working on cars so if you're in a pinch I can help if I'm free

Just ordered recently though, so im gonna have to be patient and wait on the parts.
o_O where do you guys get your parts from?

I have been thinking of changing the color of the Gauge and A/C thingies from silly orange to blue. Any paticular place i should be looking at that for?

I live in North York, but my folks live in Mississauga so I am there a lot. They live right by Central Parkway Mall if you know where that is.

I dont know too much about cars yet either, but I have done a lot to my car, and I have helped a lot with my boyfriends car an other peoples cars.

Shoot me a text, I'm usually free in the morning to afternoon, but I work nights and weekends. 416-912-3117. :D

edit: Also, if I don't know something, it usually only takes me texting Lukeman to find out. :D

Hey does anyone want to buy an OEM subwoofer box? I have one that is modified to fit a 10" sub perfectly. I have a different setup now so the box is just sitting there. It is in great condition and the carpet is mint! I'll take $55 for it, if anyone wants it local (GTA)

WOO Phone Numbers! :D

Currently I got HID Kit (In transit from Car ID)
And Internal Lighting, Antenna and Soldering Kit (Diode Dynamics)

By Taillights by Car ID isn't Shipped yet, due to being Delayed Shipping on Aug 10 ~__~ (Car ID)

I am hoping to find out more local stores or at least Canadian so it can be shipped sooner, waiting is hard lol

Plans So Far: :3_chubby: :3_chubby: :3_chubby:

I will be getting a Carbon Fibre wing and Hood
Going for the whole Black and Blue look (car is blue)
I need new break-pads :3_sadley: (Since i got the car i let me ex-friend girlfriend drive; he was a friend at that time of course...) ~ The Friend's GF hit gas and hit breaks and repeated 100 times because she thought it was funny. Break pads are almost gone (Hopefully nothing else was damaged) :3_headsha
So I'm thinking of new break pads and maybe Blue Calipers and Slotted (or something) Roters?

Going to be changing the Gauge to Blue, because orange is... Orange is not so good imo ~ I like Orange and White so if the car was white than different story lol but it isn't so orange has to go and want to change it to Blue lighting inside.

Later on want to Angel Eyes (RED) / Demon Eyes with OEM Switches. Since i have the slot for it and i don't like wasting space ^__^

Header and Exhaust system + Air Intake (the Dragon one)

My only issue is. I have no idea where to start, and how to start. and if i will break the car doing so. (Which is the scary part) ~ i plan to keep the car forever - Unless it rusts. If it dies, i will recover it when i am older and retired, Tibby4lifez lol

Not Legal, Because Color in front can not be red or blue (Due to service/law enforcement Cars)

Demon eyes definitely for show in parking lots or what not. not meant for on street. or you are getting ticketed and escorted for removal instantly. (happened to friend already)

im pretty sure blue is ok because it signifies snow plow,, so throw a razz kit on the front and you will be totally legal haha

I'm game to help with basically all of that. I haven't done the LED conversion, but I can solder and follow the guide if you have the parts.

I haven't painted calipers either, but It's not terribly difficult. However, painting is definitely not my forte.
