Car won't turn over after aftermarket alarm removed

My daughters car wasn't starting its an 07 Hyundai Tib 4 cylinder. It would almost start and backfire occasionally but not fully crank. I changed the Crankshaft sensor and Camshaft senor with no luck, new battery, new fuel pump, verified fuel was getting to fuel rail and all 4 plugs have spark. I started digging around checked all fuses and relay's I could test. I noticed the car had an aftermarket alarm that we never received a key fob for. I noticed their was a fuse missing under the dash in the alarm wiring when I put the fuse in the alarm went off so I assumed the alarm was causing the issue. I removed the alarm and put all of the factory wires back together and now the car won't turn over at all. When I insert key and turn the key all the dash lights come on. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have tried to find an ignition wiring diagram for her car but haven't had any luck.

The aftermarket alarm likely had an immobilizer relay that would "cut" the starter if the unit thought the car was getting stolen. This relay is usually connected to the starter wire, I would start by looking at the ignition switch and checking if any of the wires were cut and re-routed elseware. if they were, I would cut the aftermarket wiring portion out and just connect the factory wires back together. Looks like the starter wires at the ignition switch is white, if my schematic is to be believed.

Edit: also, new crankshaft position sensor does not equal good. I had a similar issue that ended up being the aftermarket cps just being garbage. when it comes to tiburons, get OEM sensors.
