You're still here?

I'm ordering the BMW within the next two weeks!! And then I got to wait 2 months to get it, hahaha! Maybe a part out coming soon?
Yay for new cars. Putting in my order for a 335i convertible next week myself... and keeping the Tib as a toy ;) Almost caved in and got the M3 for another $300 a month but my insurance would have been more than most people make to their car payments.

Anyone wanna GUESS what my insurance is on the new car? TERRIBLE credit (car won't be leased under my name just put on title), 5 speeding tickets inclusive within 15 total major infractions on my driving abstract. Go ahead, guess.... I dare you.

I'm selling the tib soon.. When I order the beamer, it's a two month wait (longest two month wait of my life, btw) and I'll probably make sure I can sell it by the time I get the car.. Hopefully it all works out.. I'm buying the car with a reflash for it warrantied by BMW.. The car will go from 280awhp to 360awp, 400wtq.. which I think is fair enough for me.. I don't really want more.

quick question

My tib is at 78 thou miles, i have exhaust and intake, do you think its too late for a supercharger? how will the car accept it with this many miles?

hey guys i was wondering if you knew if a carbon fiber hood off a 2002 tib will fit my 05 tib?
TISK TISK TISK Chris....... i thought you knew something about Hyundais :3_headsha

idk ...i don't think the tibby were made in the us at that time but i can be wrong ...
your correct lewis........ Hyundai did not make a Tiburon in 2002. the RD is an 01 and then the GK is an 03. If its off an 01 then obviously it wont fit, if its off an 03 then it will fit.

what happens sometimes is people say there car is an 02 cuz it was either a late production and an RD or it was an 03 just produced at the end of 02.

This isnt gunna just be NT anymore....pretty soon it will be JLBB
Jeeps
Lexus's
Beamers
nd Benz's
..........nd 350z's

the stealership will do it for 525, but I wanted to avoid them if possible, I just haven't heard good things about any tranny shops here.

525 at the stealership?.....damn thats cheap.....ive heard prices to install that in the 1200$ and up price range......u sure thats not thier price for just the clutch install and none of the labor to seperate the trans from the engine and drop it down ?....either way that could be your best bet cuz theyll have to cover anything that goes wrong cuz they did it...plus theyre experience with hyundai clutches of course helps...ive heard horror stories at normal shops and also self-installs.........if you have it done at a normal shop and something goes wrong in a month the dealer would prolly tell you to jump off a cliff and hell with your warranty and it would be all on you

i got my clutch put in for 300 from my local mechanic who lives behind me and is the head mechanic at a getty station on the corner of my block. i had the clutch in for a year and the damn hub popped, not because of the install but because of bad product i had a spec stage 1. then i had a stock clutch put in at the dealership for 1100 that was for parts and labor.

where on the island do you live cuz i think there is a place in Farmingdale that does good work as well

Ahhh.. I don't have my car yet and I'm already about to buy a mod. There's a reflash.. $500, that adds 45whp and 60wtq.. Easy clip on. No issues from anyone when installing it. Good god I'm addicted. How's everyone doing?
