i finally got a job 2 cudas so i should be able to start searching for new gaskets and the flex pipe so you can help me fix the problems with my exhaust

something is wrong with my window washer fluid resevoir (sp)
it hasnt been working for a few weeks now and havent had a chance to buy new stuff thinking it was empty

well today i go to put new stuff in and it immediatly starts overfilling, how is that possible if it was supposedly empty?

any help or suggestions would be appreciated and thanks for the kind words

...probably wasn't empty. use the washer function and have someone underneath the car checking to see where its flowing, or not flowing, from. it could be a rotted/detached washer line or the washer motor itself.


Personally, I havent had that function for 4 and a half years; i was NOT going to drill into my hood. I just use the hook-shot of Poland Spring out the drivers side window to cleanse the windshield. :3_koning:

i just took a look under my car no leaking of course, yea there is a ton of washer fluid sitting in the bottom, the motor in it might have gone who knows. i just park under this nasty sticky tree on a street so it gets dirty quickly
btw you may see me on sunrise again haha, the job i start tuesday is at 3500 sunrise highway - that big business park right near the southern state i think it used to be somthing major not really sure

hey guys i just got home from work and had a question for you

i know none of you have an elantra but thought id ask anyways.

when you put your car in park does it ever immediatly start revving really high (louder) mine was just doing that when i got home kinda made me nervous to just shut the car off as the rpms kept going up passed 2k
