Hey guys,

I'm looking for the following,

-Cheap coilovers, I'm not going to track it I'm just trying to go lower

-Catback exhaust, preferably something along the lines of Borla, Ark, or DC

-Rally red exterior parts; quarter panels, hood, bumper.

-Front/rear strut bar; doesn't matter what brand.

That's all I can think of for now. Help me out if you have some laying around.

Thank you!

Most of use would recommend staying away from Raceland coilovers....... so anything else is fair game. Better bet may be KYB GR-2's for new struts (~$200 from RockAuto for all 4) and Eibach/H&R/TIEN/etc. lowering springs if you're looking for a ~1.5" drop.

Here's some used springs....

I can get you Megan coilovers for reasonable price. I would have to check for sure but think I can get them somewhere from $7-800

From what I understood, racelands weren't that bad if all you wanted to do was lower your car. Im currently one KYB GR-2s and ARK springs but I wanted to go a little bit lower.

Racelands are a harsh ride imo.

But yes, they work for lowering ~3 inches

Racelands (even if you were PAID to take them) are not worth it in my mind.
Period.

This thread has me perplexed. It's titled racecar parts, but nothing mentioned so far is anything close. Oh well...

To the OP,

-Coilovers are a complete waste for you if all you want is lowness. For half the cost of a good coilover setup ($1 - 1.5k), you can buy a set of springs and shocks that will deliver just as well without the horrible ride.

- Strut bars. If it doesn't matter what brand than I assume you only want them for looks as well? That's fine. There are many different front bars available on ebay for around $40, but be warned - do not expect any worthwhile increase of stiffness.

- Exhaust. Just buy them from the vendor. Its not very often that people put their Borla, Ark, or DC exhausts for sale. DC maybe, but the Borlas aren't very common and the ARK's are super desirable. No ones getting rid of them. Just spend the money a new piece. It's what you want, right?

Good luck.

Im aware that these parts are not actual "racecar" parts... i was trying to think of a clever title because i had an assortment of parts i was looking for... anyways,

-I have a set of KYB gas struts as well as ARK springs, however i was looking to go lower, and figured since i don't know just how much lower i want to go, coilovers would be my best bet. Seeing as I'm not tracking my car, i didn't feel the need to go with any big brand and spend $1000+ on coilovers for a car thats worth $3500.

-Strut bars: I do realize that i said that the brand doesn't matter, but I'm not going to cheap out on a part that costs $100-150 tops. I meant any legitimate brand.

-Exhaust: Ive actually came around 4 different Borlas, a DC as well as 2 ARKs, that I've all had lined up to buy, but then either something happened with my car that i needed to fix, (transmission, clutch, timing belt etc.) or there was a problem with the seller.
