Just trying to find other Tib owners in Edmonton.
no no, yer more than welcome to come down.i dunno man, might wanna take it to a dealership, i can't really tell without being there...sorry
if that one was blown, wouldn't the scanner not be able to even read te BCM for codes ?check the BCM power fuse (almost everyone misses this one). It's the fuse under the yellow cover on the cabin fuse panel
I only have a black and white bad image of it.check the BCM power fuse (almost everyone misses this one). It's the fuse under the yellow cover on the cabin fuse panel
I think I did that.if its not that
then i want you to reset the FOB
I'd bet it got missed too, I'm waiting for them to call me back.inside left side in the fuse pannel. the BCM has 2 fuses, on for the main power ie sanner, one for your module....could be as simple as this
yellow thing that pulls out.
doesn't really look like a fuse so it might have gotten missed!
me thinks your probably right and i'm on crack lol, but w/e bigger belt (2nd belt down basically) is loose and probably needs to get tightened asap, tho i'm not a mechanic and maybe that belt has always been that way. And yes i got a full socket set and wrenches, beyond that my dad's garage has OODLES of tools at my finger tips.dude, you cant even see your timing belt without removing covers. im guessing your looking at the surpentine belt. your surpentine belt should have an auto tensioner on it. im guessing that's gone to the wind and needs to be replaced.
or do they.........
crap now you got me thinking. i'll check when it's a little bit lighter outside. do you have basic tools? socket set? wrench set?
