Since you took out the battery, I don't think you should have any problem. I have had problems with mine a couple of times before. I am sure you are looking forward to firing it up.
I'm hoping raccoons didn't make a hotel out of my exhaust, but when I took a look at her over the weekend, she looked great.

I'm stoked to pick her up. Burning that tank of 5-month-old gas on Highway 7 will be fun :3_pimatyo

Ya, especially if you have a big a ball of smoke come out then see a flying racoon from your rear mirror. I have heard stories about mice eating wiring harnesses. I would give that engine a good inspection before starting up. I had my inter cooler core let go on me which caused antifreeze leaking in my cylinders. Your brakes could be squeeky too.

My intercooler woes.

I saw a few Pontiac G8s during the weekend. Pretty slick cars. I hear they got some decent power too.

The GTR is one nice car. You better have lots of $$$$.

Dumb question. Can anyone tell me what is M&M's. Is it the same car meet that used to show up at Place D'Orleans on a weekly basis? And where is this located? Merivale Mall?

M&M = Merivale & Medowlands

Everyone meets in the lot next to Tim Horton's - you can't miss it when people start showing up.

Ok friday +17 Deg. Need i say more, im going M&M Friday night, come out all you wusses! i'll be there 9:30ish!
Going earlier like 8:00 or so would work better. Would this be doable?

no one is really there until about 9:30 when the stores are fully closed etc..... i usually park in front of the Zellers/Bouclaire store, i still hang with the mitsubishi crowd since i know allot of people in the club, so until there are enough regular's to have a area where the Hyundai's go that's where to find me.

I prefer that you are there to assist. It is a pretty big sectional with lots of cushions. I don't think it will all fit in my truck. I may need your vehicle too. So I will wait. I would really like it out of my house no later than the beginning of May. I am doing reno's and need the space to store stuff.
yupp change of plans i'll be in ottawa back and forth this weekend doing runs bringing stuff. i got 1700cash instead of army paying for my move. hells yes.

anyone up for a house warming get together? I expect there to be more tiburons then any other car lol..
give me a call tomorrow in around 4pm or when its good for u and we will work something out. Just remember, ice cold beer. Mmmm

Talking about beer. I just got to clear it with wifey for tomorrow night. I will probably head to M&M's early about 8:00 and have a beer somewhere. I will definately either give the thumbs up or down sometime tomorrow afternoon. My chances of going are pretty good. I washed the beast today so it is ready to hit the town.

I can't make it tonight, I'm training right up till 9pm tonight, I'll be dead - plus I won't have the Tib until tomorrow.

Then I'm cruising alllll day Saturday! :3_shiny:

:bigcool:

Sorry I couldn't make it. I had a last minute invite to the parents.

Rob, I found a leg for the couch but I think you manufacture a replacement. I would probably but some sheets over the couch just to make it last longer. I always did. You will find the couch super comfortable. A couple of beers and you will be toast on that thing.

Now that spring id here, i have been looking to get a nice set of wheels for my whip, but i couldn't pass this deal up, so i contacted a guy in Montreal, and picked up a set of Konig Flatline's for $225 for the set, he said they had some curb rash on them, i didn't care cause i knew i could fix them, so i went down Wednesday night i picked them up, yeah they did have some damage, but very minimal, so there is the project that i did this week-end, was allot of work but the end result was a nice rim finish, so what i did was sand the edges down to bare aluminum since they has a few scratches they came right out when i worked them a little, so now no more curb rash and then a nice coat of Gunmetal color. Here a few pictures.
