From what ive read, that sounds normal...

 

Ahhhh I was hoping for a stiffer pedal and a shorter pedal engagement but guess I just have to deal with it, anyways the clutch grabs nice and not that bad to drive for daily car.

 

Did you replace the old rubber hydraulic clutch hose with a stainless steel clutch hose and the slave cylinder mod?

 

The slave cylinder mod was done b4 but didnt replace the hydraulic hose to ss.

Also I would bleed the lines.

I think its how the pressure plate is but ill try bleeding it anyways.

You can adjust the pedal to change the engagement point. When I installed my twin disk I changed the engagement point to just off the floor, because any further than that was putting too much pressure on the release fork and the top of it snapped off.

 

How do I adjust the engagement?
